Zach leads our project team from project inception to completion, measuring deliverable value and post-deliverable support. He plans and designs the project methodology and implementation, while providing training for team members who require it. Zach has managed our projects with budgets ranging from $50,000 I-9 Audits to $100,000 software transition projects that the firm relies on to ensure case completion.
When not working on projects, he designs and engineers our case processes to ensure we keep all cases moving forward and on track. He works with our IT Team on our technology, with Adam on billing, and with Debra on case processing. He essentially deals with the business of law. His servant-leadership has been vital to allow the rest of the team to focus on clients and providing excellent service.
